It is the effective mechanism to know and learn about the children and their background in detail. VOC employs social worker wherein one SW is in-charge of a maximum of 5 children in centers. S/he develops a strong bond with the children of their group, understands and solves their problems and creates opportunities for them as per children’s desire. S/he keeps the documentation of all the information shared by the children. Social workers listen the children always. Social worker observes the daily activities performed by the children and does evaluation of the progress in the behavior, confidence and participation with the beginning stage of children. On the basis of children performance, the social worker makes the plan of further work and prepares the family follow-up frame too.
