VOC uses a step wise model for the gradual development of children living or working in the street to reintegrate them in their family or community and make them self sustain. It takes into account the needs of the children and prepares them for future by providing basic needs, psycho-social counseling, education, life-skills trainings, vocational trainings, job placements etc. In this duration they also frequently visit their family and involve in social activities & interactions which helps them to understand about the importance of family and social responsibility.
