Individual Follow-up of children is done by the social worker in a daily basis in the centers. Social worker does the follow-up of child activities such as how the child talks, what s/he talks, how much is s/he likes to be friendly with the friend circle, what activity he likes to do, does he participate in the activities actively or not etc. Social worker also collaborates with other social worker for the follow-up of child. Moreover, Social worker assesses the child’s behavior and activities that he does with the other colleague, social workers and other staff. Each child and family is followed through individual by making plan by themselves with assistance of trained and skillful social worker.
